History:

Matt was born in London, United Kingdom...  his parents travelled
a lot beacuse his father was a Oil Platform supervisor...
finnaly aftera freak accident in which his father lost his legs
they finnaly settled in New York...  Later Matt went to the
university and was soon discovered as a potential Agent and
introduced into the Technocracy.  He actually chose to join up
since he was promised grants for his resarch, an office in the
New Mexico Institute for Technology (a cover for an ItX think
tank) and new legs for his father...
